PROJECT: 1st FLOOR EXTENSION
Despite the previous brickwork at the study window we have managed to blend our new first floor extension over the garage to create two new bedrooms and an ensuite. This type of development is a cost effective way of obtaining additional floor space within a reasonable budget.

The fees of moving include; agency sales fees, stamp duty, lawyers fees and removal costs, these can easily amount to tens of thousands of pounds - lost money as some clients say, better to invest in an extension!
