This is a "Brown Field" development i.e. construction of a Town House on the back gardens and garages of existing properties. These are often made difficult with access considerations but constructing a basement as well required detailed organisation and planning of the works. An excellent design complimented by traditional finishes make it "fit right in" with its surroundings.
