PROJECT: The Steeple Ashton Project involved the integration of a separate Annexe building into the main building, extending and remodelling the entire structure.

A good design brief from Client and Architect delivered a seamless renewal of the property. As usual, attention to material finishes was paramount from the building viewpoint. We sourced several bricks to form a match with the existing masonry and combined with a repointing exercise and colour coded aluminium fenestration culminated in a superb exterior. Hidden beneath this exterior are high levels of insulation keeping the property warm. The modern interior is finished to very high standard utilising some specialised wall finishes.
